First StyLED luminaires light the way in Orly airport refurbishment

Following a successful pre-launch presentation to the top management of Aéroport De Paris, the first of the new StyLED luminaires have been installed at Orly Airport.

The French airport is undergoing extensive modernisation work with sustainability and energy saving a top priority. As part of the renovation, the access road to the "Pavillon d'Honneur" was changed from a bilateral installation with 150W HPS lamps every 20m to a unilateral installation with StyLED 103W (7700 lm) every 20m. The result is a 25 per cent power reduction during six hours at night. Aéroport De Paris is very satisfied by StyLED's aesthetic, high performance and eco friendly properties, which also increase safety and comfort for users.
